I was scouring the Google image search a week or so ago looking at Eisenhower Appreciation medals when I found a live listing on eBay France for a 1960 Paris Summit medal (more here)

These are almost never found anymore as they are incredibly rare for each type produced. After getting the seller to sell to me in the U.S., I repatriated this one for a grand total of $126 shipped. A total of 709 are know to have survived and examples run between $1200-$1500 if you can manage to find one.
