So I found an old piece of silver marked 800 with some type of makers mark and serial number not sure exactly what it is curious if anyone can help identifying it. Put it next to a quarter to help reference size. B3CD0B06-582C-4386-BE62-05829DDAA629.webp

It is part of a watch case and it is silver. I'll try to find that mark later. Size will help a little bit. I'd guess late 1800?. Most watch makers didn't make their own cases.
