I was wondering if someone could help me out? Me and my family were out looking for coins along a creek in Ohio and we came across this stone. Looks like it has slight impressions on the side that was face down. The otherside is just smooth. Is this natural or man made?

Can you take a better picture? Is the white area along some of the edges a shadow or part of the item? Is it a rock?

I can take better pics when I get home. That white area was shadow. It is stone and all one piece.

I don't see anything that would lead me to believe it was worked on by humans.

I'm not sure what the weird Kirlian photography is adding or detracting from. Usually just good outdoor day-lighting is best.

Ok no biggie. I inverted the colors so I could see the grove line better it goes from top to bottom. I'll just have to retake
