I have been unable to find this marking anywhere.
It'd on a spoon, unsure what it's made of.I got in in part of a collection.it's 119mm long and has an elephant on the top of handle

Aside from that, if you can give as much background information that you are aware of, regarding the item, the more likely someone here will be able to help you.
You say it's part of a collection - do you mean a set of cutlery? If so, how about a photo of the set. If so, is every piece marked the same?
What is the likely origin of the item?
What metal do you think it is?

The more details you can provide us regarding the medium, how, why and the geographic location that you found an item in is all relevant to answering your questions.

What I can see based on the picture you provided, this looks like the top of a spoon or fork, likely copper or brass (depending on the lighting).
Probably a family, fraternity or society cypher of some sort. :icon_scratch:

On the reverse side of your piece there will likely be a makers mark cast in the metal.
When we know what the makers mark is we should be able to trace back the origin/date of the cypher.
