Map dowsing with L-rod

HiiiQ; why do you think i am lazy?
I read everything here about map dowsing, but never got an information about map dowsing with L-rod.
I know it isnt very common practising it with L-rod but would be really glad if someone can help me, how to start or where to get an information or manuals to do it.

Regards and good hunting

do you use 2 L-rods or one?do you use a mfd or any other point of reference that you go around?

Hi;
Sometimes i use one rod and sometimes two.

Hello, To map dowse with an L-rod is awkward. First you must learn to get yes and no answers with the L-rod. After that you simply lay a straight edge on the map and ask is the line laying over the treasure. You will get many no answers before you get a yes answer. Once you have the first line mark it on the map and then lay the edge perpendicular to the first line and begin seeking the second line. On a 1:24000 scale map the area covered by a sharp pencil where the two lines cross will be a circle on the ground at least 50 feet in diameter. That's not a limitation of dowsing that is a limitation of the mapping process. Rarely find smaller scales in the US not sure what's available in europe but the smaller the scale the better. On a 1:24,000 scale map an inch is a mile. If you read french try to get the books of Henry de France and Abbe Mermet. If you read german get a copy of pendel und wunschelrute (?sp?). If you speak spanish there are some titles but they don't come to mind. There are also titles in italian. good luck and exanimo, ss

Hello Bill, Long time. Are you still in jolly old? Hear occasional references to your exploits there. The folks here have trouble believing that anyone can dowse for anything water included. I hesitate to mention hartman and curry lines and ley lines and sacred geometry. I'm constantly reminded of a line from Shakespeare that went something like ... "There are things that are not dreamt of in your philosophy, Horatio." I've kept busy over the past few years and "busier than a one-legged man in a tail-kicking contest" right now. Always glad to take a break and talk to a new or old friend. best of luck and exanimo, ss
