Mark on gold ring? Ring makers Signature?

[oddcoins]

Hello!

A fellow detectorist recently dug this at a local park here in Eugene Oregon. We assume it is white gold and yellow gold with turquioes inlays. The only marking is this signature ~ but we are having a hard time making it out. Anyone know what/who this ring maker is?!

It weights 8.7 grams

Looks like the name Newman inside the ring.

Or VIVIAN maybe?

I have to go with NEWMAN also

I'd like to see a pic of the side of the ring showing the stones, etc. Neat find Breezie

It looks like NEVIMAN to me.

I'd agree with that, although I was hoping it was Neiman (Neiman Marcus $)

So it's a wedding band, wow what a find Great research, I'll bet that you can find the owner easily since it's part of a custom set of 2 most likely
