Markers mark on this 14K oriental Ring

I'm trying to find out the maker of this ring, It's an older ring maybe 40's . The markers mark looks like the mecedes benz logo or fan blades or a peace sign?
It also has emerald tear drop stones in it, any ideas? Sorry I'm having a problem attaching a photo.
