I have been bugging another neighbor about hunting his yard, also built same year as my house (1925). Problem is his yard is so neglected w/ overgrown cocoplums, Areca palms, and tons of other overgrown junk, there wasn't much to hunt. So w/ years of neglect comes a thick layer of yard waste, the lawn sits almost a foot above the sidewalk and walkway, all thin sand mixed w/ 25 memorials, a nickel, 5 dimes, bottlecaps and scrap aluminum. No wheats, or silver to speak of. Chances are deep down there is some, but I lost interest after an hour, and I don't care to go back...what a dump, I did get bit by fireants though, that was a thrill
