I was invited to this and sorry for late notice. I cannot attend but if anyone can go on such short notice with 3 other people -
here's the info. The mandatory team concept is new to me but I appreciate the special invite from Minelab.

Metal Detector: Your main ammunition in the battle.
Identification and Registration Confirmation: To validate your participation.
Headphones: For better sound clarity and to avoid disturbing others.
Extra Batteries: Ensure your metal detector keeps running throughout the competition.
Digging Tools: Shovel and trowel for excavating finds.
Protective Gloves: To keep your hands safe during digging and handling finds.
Sunscreen and Hat: Stay protected from the sun during outdoor hunts.
Water and Snacks: Stay hydrated and energized during the competition.
Comfortable Shoes: Wear sturdy footwear for long hours of detecting.
Bug Spray: Keep pesky insects at bay during outdoor hunts.

Each team needs to have 4 members +1 alternate. Limited to 30 teams per region.
The registration fee is $100 per team
US Final Championship will be held on November 11th to 12th in Alabama.
