Matting for framing stamps

My girlfriend and I are buying a house this month built in 1900. The living room is all original, hard wood floors, fireplace and the windows with the imperfections. She said the room can be my museum, yeah she's a keeper lol. I wanted to frame my 1800s stamp collection to display but I can't find any precut matting for stamps. I could have it made but figured it would be cheaper to find one. So does anyone know a place that sells it? Thanks!

Great thread. I've often wondered the same. I have 500+ circa 1900 stamps in a book to keep 'em flat. They were gifted to me by a Great Aunt in the late 1970s. Been in the book since. (I know nothing about stamps).
But I do know encasing coins incorrectly will cause damage. Stamps are surely the same.
I hope more reply. If not, repost this in the Stamp forum.
