I'm glad I dug this target, the V3i was hitting hard on the 7.5khz band and it seemed like a coinsized target so I dug it. It was in a bunch of roots so it took me a while. I also got a couple deep wheats and a little clad. I found this in a park on the other side of town where I've found some other really old stuff. Mike your club use to have hunts there from what I've heard.

Nice War of 1812 button! Likely made in 1808. Not sure what park, and if it were club hunts it must have been like 15 years ago?

That old button is sweet Giant. WTG!! :icon_thumleft: Congrats on the Wheats also

Nice
Mike from Mi is right on with the time period for it.

Very nice and impressive Score, Congrats!

Good luck,
HH.

awesome button find :headbang:

Thanks for all the great replies everyone  I read up a little on the war of 1812 and there were some key battle sites by Lake Eerie and it was saying something about battle sites on the waterways too.

One awesome military button Giant, I too wonder how they end up where they do! ffd
