Anyone know what the button is

Most likely a railroad uniform button for the big four railway. Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway. I'll see if I can find one like it. Nice find. HH

Button reads C C C & STL RY and Big 4, deftone ID'ed it, and here's a link to a similar one.
