I am dedicating todays finds to my dad who past a few weeks ago . May he rest in peace ..
Ive been out a few times in the last month with DHD and then with my youngest daughter who made me proud by taking a interest in the hobby so I took her to a spot I new she would find some C.W goodies and I made sure her first time out was a good one she scored her first two C.W bullets !
So today I headed out solo and decided to re-visit a site I did well at last year and thought I had cleaned it out ...but I have to say I was impressed with how the AT brought the site back to life but I had a odd exsperiance though , I had hit signal which sounded like iron but the VDI bounce pretty hard from 04 to 67 then back to 04 with a deep sound , so I dug it and hit the hole once it was open and no signal on the AT , put the pinpointer in the hole and pulled out a .58 cal casing and looked back in the hole and the bullet was laying there ,hit it with the AT and no signal at all ...thought it was odd !
Now as for the finds I did pretty good , scored some cleaners , some sharps a few others in there as well and a cool watch fob and a nice little eagle I cuff button and a piece of a buckle , a harness buckle and some camp lead. Thanks for looking !
