Medallion With Inscription

Found this near a college campus about three weeks ago. On this side there's an inscription of "Class of 2004" and on the back side, which is flat, the inscription is "Congratulations Blue & Green Club". It's about the size of a Kennedy half dollar. Any ideas?

I believe that this is from a student organization at Chaminade Julienne Junior High School in Lebanon, Ohio.
