✅ SOLVED Medallion?

Have not been out in a while because of the heat and all my spots being planted. Detected for about an hour and found this medallion. I can see 1847 under the three people. I was wondering if it is a medallion if someone could identify what type and what it represented. Thanks and happy hunting.
