I recently acquired 10-15 pieces of what I was told is Medieval jewelry. Some of it I can guess what it is. I have no clue what this piece is. Has anyone ever seen anything like what’s in the photo?

I don't, but I'm sure someone on here will be able to help. It's a Cool piece!

I can't fully ID it, but it's construction & patina is consistent with items I find from the 16-17th C AD. (Which is techniquely post-medieval)
