Meet Duggan....and smile!

This dog was one of those special ones, he's been gone a long, long time now, but he still makes me smile. He was my mom's dog, lived a good long life. He had bitten down on a soft rubber ball, and squished it just right, making this smile. When everyone laughed at him, he just wagged his tail, and went from person to person to be petted, holding it just like this for ten minutes. He wanted to make people laugh, so I hope he still does.

How funny! Isn't it something how we get attached to our pets? They steal our hearts without even knowing what they're doing.
