Seems like a victory celebration, some of those men seem to be sans pants, they are heading for that motor coach which seems to have a big hatted lady in it.

I didn't notice the Buggy ! I Believe The Indian school is or was a War college After the Indian School.

So not certain it is even in PA. But it could be Moreland athletic field. older GE shows a large building off in the NE with another closer like the photo.

If your idea is to detect it, I'm not getting the vibe that that crowd was dropping coins. The players had none and the aud does not look reckless. Looks to me as if the losing team is gathered to the left. Rugby?

I'm sure they were not Exclusive to the field wherever it was/is.

Also there may have been a bit of Gambling going on by the "Suits"
