Went back to the spot that I got the Buffalo this morning. Nothing special but better than clad. I thought the makeup case was cool because I've never found one that old that still had the pad inside.

That is a Nice find on the make up Case and that Merc is in real nice shape too.
Could be a real good spot that you are hunting.

Cool...last month I found a match to your makeup case but I found a 1893 V Nickel inside mine. The makeup and pad were reduced to powder.

It did indeed, I could tell there was something inside...unfortunately it was just makeup. Still a fun find though.
