Merc at a local park part III

I used to only find copper but broke out of that with my first Merc, albeit a mower chopped half. Apparently, mower chopped half Merc's are my thing. Found this one today. Spent 30 minutes looking for the rest with no luck.

Thats cool and really a clean cut for a mower. Perhaps someone named "BERTY" personalized it by cutting it in half? Nice find.

For all you know the other half was sucked up into a mowing bag and removed from the area with the cut grass. Still a cool find, grats!

I think I would have titled it cut silver and everyone would have thought it was a Spanish silver. LOL I still would be jazzed to find the half Merc also

I think someone cut that dime in half, because they needed 5 cents and didn't have a Nickel ! Or, they wanted a "Half Dime" ! Neat find.
