Tnetter kurtstuben came and picked me up this morning. We went to the latest local hotspot. It was available today, and we spent 5 hours enjoying it.

I managed to dig 74 coins.



14 were wheaties, plus a marble.



Kurt said to tell you hi.



OK, enough nonsense. It was a day I won’t soon forget. There is not a lot to the story, I dug a lot of holes, and apparently the place had no been well hunted prior.

The fourth hole of the morning had this in it.



I plugged along and every here and there one would pop up.



This clump had a really nice silver edge hanging out of it. You just have to like that.



I’m tired and sore, but I managed to find a half dozen Mercury dimes today. Most silver coins in one day this year. I was very lucky today.
