Mercury 1943-S ERROR ????

As I have been sorting my 2K +/- mercs I may have stumbled across a NEW MINT ERROR on the 1943-S Merc. Has anyone else seen this in this '43-s.
Notice how the S is straight UP, vs the one at a 7 o'clock angle, and one at the 8 o'clock position. Which one is the correct one?
Comments please.
This could be very similar to the 1945-S micro S version vs the large S.

Mint marks were applied to dies at individual mints. Not all will be straight. Unless it is extreme, most collectors will ignore it, knowing that it is a relatively frequent occurrence. Check the various guides, both online and book form. If the placement is off enough for collectors to notice, it will be there somewhere.

Personally, I believe it is simply a matter of one mint employee placing a mint mark straight, and another following the position of nearby lettering. To the silver stack it would go.

Yes, they were all punched by hand so there is no set position, just general area.
