I was searching for historic maps of Green Cove Springs, FL... an early 1800's town near me.. and I found some sites that made you pay for maps.. not feeling I should have to pay for maps of my own county I called our Archives and the lady directed me to this site... I hope you find it as helpful as I do...

I am layering them to my Google earth so when I am detecting the area I have both the current streets and the ones from 1884 to 1917

Again as I post things I appoloigize if someone else has posted something similar to it, my intentions are simply to learn the hobby and share what I learn.
