My sister will be heading to Morocco next month and she wants to bring a metal detector as a gift for the locals she will be staying with. I have already talked her into getting a Garrett Ace 250 due to it's ease of use as well as it's features. I already know where to buy it so as to get her that Lesche digger 
My question is should we be looking into the Euro Ace or the regular Ace, or does this matter as this area is mostly sandy? Anybody ever detect Morocco?
