Raining today in pittsburgh so no mding on my lunch break. Stopped at A local goodwill and found this interesting little metal figurine

Stands about 2 1/2" tall. Looks to be a civil war or revolutionary war soldier

No markings at all anywhere and not sure of the metal. Guessing maybe lead but silver would be nice lol. Not sure how to tell the difference

Very intricate and looks to be hand carved

Any help would be appreciated

It weighs 3.2 oz

Pretty sure it's made by the Hudson Pewter Co. I see various hights of this same guy, listed as Revolutinary War soldier.

It's a copy of the statue to the "Minute Man." He's dropping what he is doing and going off to fight the British. My swag us it's pewter and done by a mint, possibly a chess figure or one of a series of figurines. Your finds rifle has been broken off.

This statue is in the Minute Man National Historic Park in Concord, Massachusetts.

Thanks for the help. Not bad for $1 buy. Even being broken still a cool little piece in my book
