Metal relics found while bottle digging

We've found about 5 spoons, a couple of whatsits, and an indian or two while digging a trash heap and privy this week and tossed them all aside but the indians and said..."the funny thing is we would have kept this had we been detecting" and then tossed them back in the pit. I don't think I will keep another whatsit or spoons while detecting.

I know. It just seemed like they were worthless while we were diggin. After we found the indian my buddy hit the pile every once and a while with the detector. Can't wait to find that first cobalt strapside...
