I'm unsure what type of metal they are, but all components appear to be made of the same type. The very top spins and is threaded to move up/down a bit. The engravings are on both sides. I think it's a stake or cleat of sorts, but honestly have no idea. Can anyone identify what this is/would be used for or the engravings?
