Meteorite?

Its heavy black crusty exterior inside looks dull grey with many white specks and a few dark sparkley specks that sparkle found in area of Coloma fall path.

I don't see fusion crust nor chondrites for it to be a meteorite, but I'm no expert.

From the photos, I tend to doubt a meteorite too. But it'd be good to see the whole piece, plus some indication of the size, magnetism, weight, etc. Fusion crust can, in my opinion, be deceptive, because depending on how much a piece breaks up, individual chunks may show little or none of it. But I agree with you OD.
