Does the window show a metallic composition?

Yes hvaker. In first pic can see Metallic looking place where I filed it a little. That looks shiney silverfish in there. Thanks for reply as I been out of commission for a while but its good to be back.

Sounds reasonable to do more testing. Nickle test kit. Some say they aren't reliable but can't hurt. Most iron/nickel meteorite information I have say they on average 90% iron. That would have a hardness of 4 and an SG 7.3-7.8. Not sure but I think nickel is a tad harder but the same SG.
Native iron is rare from what I'm told.
