Can anyone help me identify? If nothing else where in

Stanislaus county CA I can bring them for further testing. The larger one weighs 3lb 15.6oz. smaller weight 7.9 oz and both found in knights ferry Ca. 2 separate visits. I can post more pics if needed
 

The top one looks up close, texture, Cement painted over. The second ine, natural onyx or possibly a volcanic enclosure.

I am posting a few up close pics. Hopefully it will get me an answer if I should take it in for more testing or not.
