Mexican Coins

Two of these in two days 30 miles apart! They are KILLING me...Always interesting to find different coins but these look like gold down in my hole! I'm more of a gold prospector and gold seems to glow more than it shines...If you've found any I think you know what I mean...but these can fool you. At least they read as dime and quarter on my mxt so I wasn't expecting anything too fantastic....otherwise today $1.50 in clad...cashed my clad in recently and bought some cool V nickels....

Those are cool, but I know what you mean about the gold color, lol! I like finding foreign coins. I have never found a Mexican coin, but quite a few Canadian, British, and Carribean coins though. Good luck, hopefully the next gold colored coin you find will glow and not shine!

I found a 50 pesos in the yard of an old house about a year ago and was dissappointed when I realized what it was - thought I had a large cent. It is kinda bizzare to find 2 that far apart and much better than a routine clad.
