Military ID Bracelet

Found this today along with four early 1900s wheaties. I need to get it checked for silver, not quite sure. If you zoom in on the back you can see numbers. Just guessing on it being a military id bracelet. It was folded over when I found it.

Found one myself a couple of weeks ago. Mine is marked sterling on plate and bracelet, yours seems to be silver also. Good find. Congrats.

I bet it is silver because it only looks tarnished after being in the ground for no telling how long. The only definitive way is to do an acid test, or take it somewhere to verify.
 
Very cool find! I looked up the name and year of birth. Looked at several different sites. Not sure where it was found, but that would help nail the ID. The date of death is there also. Looks like 193? Awesome relic!

I have been doing some research on this and this is what I came up with. Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Jesse Aubrey Roe military number 34911498
Born in Alabama in the year 1919

This was found near Latta South Carolina
