I went to the first yard sale of the year yesterday ! I got the three pin-backs for a buck and the patch was 50 cents . I'm mainly wondering what the pin-backs mean ? The patch I'm assuming is for an on-base football team . Thanks for any info !

Center: Navy Unit Commendation

I believe the "E" ribbon is a Navy award as well.

The red & black ribbon at top right looks sort of like the Army of Occupation (Germany/Japan) ribbon; however, those have a narrow white stripe at each end.
