Just wanted to share my recent experience w ML customer service. Today I called regarding the fact my lower rod arm detached from the plastic loop that connects to the coil and my charger adapter failed as well. Although I was not happy that I had these experiences with an Excal that I bought August last year and used for only 4 months ( babied it , washed down with fresh water and air dried) not to mention. The top rod lock down lock failed a week after getting the machine. Happy to say that both the initial top rod and now the lower rod and charging adapter were replaced no questions asked no problems. The representative was very helpful and responsive. Can't argue with that, they were great both times. Just thought to share this because I know in the past there were issues raised about ML customer service. They seem to have turned it arroynd. Thank you ML.
