HAS ANYONE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH MINELABS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
SINCE I'M CONSIDERING AN EXPLORER.
WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS?

They treated me Very well.
Free Parts, 3 years out of warranty on several occasions,
with my Sovereign, & a 50% Discount on a Replacement Coil
4 years out.

I have heard of some complaints from Some others.

But You'll get that with Every Brand.
 
I have never had any bad service from Minelab nor heard of any in awhile. Mostly the complaints come from those that didn't explain what the problem was to the repair department well enough.
