I created the following table. I hope it can help someone out.
Anyone have any ideas of how I could improve the chart?
Any ideas where I could post this where others might benefit from it?

Olivine/olivine - perhaps you meant dunite? A igneous rock made mostly of olivine.

I'd also move the "group name" to the left, as to first indicate which group is meant, then separate into varieties.
Consider color-coding the chart/mineral groups as to quicker find right. Amphibole for example can be made dark-green, similar to a sample of the mineral.

Another thing I'd consider is to move the mineral-assemblage to the X-axis, then getting the rocks into "regions" according to the composition.

But then, that's just me.:coffee2:
