Cool...I suck at id's. No, they are iron and VERY heavy. I just didn't know what to call them because they are bigger than the musketballs I usually find. They are slightly bigger than golfballs.

That Liberty Cap is a real head turner! Most of the Liberty Caps posted here are in pretty rough shape. I posted a 1796 a few weeks back that doesn't hold a candle to yours. Hopefully someone can chime in on the variety of your coin, some of the 1794s are quite valuable. Thanks for posting
