Yesterday I took the day off and traveled south of the border... Started day searching a box of halves and skunked. Drove next town over called a bank and they said yes we have a $100 in rolled halves.. continued searched and nearly 500 CWR later was only up 7 40%. I remembered the bank that I called nearly 6 hrs earlier and drove there. Asked for the half dollars and left. All ten rolls had same wrapper.. no marks nearly new wrappers.. I thought... this probably a dump. Searched 2 rolls in the parking lot and yep dump... crossed back the state line and saw the rolls.. searched another clad.. 4rth roll clad.. 5th rolled clunk?! hey that sounds different... I'll let the pictures do the talking.. 3 rolls out of the ten had silver in them.. One was one shy away of a solid. The other had 16 and the third had 14 silvers.. breakdown 13 Franklin's 7 64 Kennedys.. 3 65's...24 67's and one 68... enjoy the pics..

Nice Finds. It always pays to wait until the last roll is done before deciding if the pickup was good or bad. What were the dates & mint marks on the Bens? 1955 is the key date for Bens.
