Went out again with Jason to the beach we've been snagging some nice gold lately. 4 days straight we've hunted this beach and there's still plenty to be had apparently. Today we hit it for about 2 hours or so and called it quits... Digging in this crap is rediculous and hard on the back.

Managed some more fishing weights which is to be expected, and as soon as we got in 'the zone', out pops this little beauty...

But I'll build my stash one gram at a time 8-)

$3.10 US
100 yen
and found the other dog tag that I missed the other day when I scored that fatty gold ring

I know... wish you could come mine with us son... it's tough work, but there's still gold to be had

yes there are

Your doing well down there in Okinawa. I'm getting excited to hit Tokyo next month! I'll be up near Osarizawa mine too and will be checking the local streams. Fun times. Keep finding gold and posting it!

Nice find. But why is it hard to dig this beach ??

Nice find. But why is it hard to dig this beach ??

Because of the boulders, shell matrix, and all the coral bits and pieces that are packed in like a well settled landslide

You and Jason are the Jedi masters of Ryukyu Islands!!!!
