Pretty nifty stuff there!  What's up with those three rings and the penny in the bezel?  No silver or gold in the jewelry?

the round piece right about the cat thing is a good luck token you used to be able to get them out of gumball machines at the supermarket and they also used to give em out at carnival games and stuff
i had several of these myself, they obviously arent that lucky as someone lost it they are usually aluminum or tin

Thats actually rather neat junk, I keep a box of stuff that I can't ID or don't find often, and it's not half as cool as yours.
