Charged with misdemeanor theft,
for Risking a catastrophe ?

While stealing metal has been growing in popularity in recent years, a Cleves man allegedly took it to a new level.

Cincinnati police arrested 23-year-old Tommy Coyne Thursday night at the CSX track on Dalton Street in the West End.

Police say he was in the process of stealing $400 worth of metal right off the tracks themselves.

Coyne was charged with misdemeanor theft, and was released about two hours later. He is scheduled for arraignment Friday afternoon.

home grown terrorist ? --- he very easily could have caused a train wreck -- massive deaths if a chem carrying train ( explosion) or passenger train from derailing it -- what a retard ---needs a LONG TIME in jail to think about it.
