Mistike question 200 dime ??????

I recently found a 2000 dime that is sturck off center. The border is wider on one side than the other and the last 0 in 2000 is very light. Is this worth more than face value ?

It's only classified as off-center if part of the design is missing. What you have sounds like a misaligned die which is pretty common.
