cool find. I think the Missouri tokens were primarily composed of zinc. just to clarify, the denomination was 1 mil (1/10th of a cent). for those interested, here's a site with some pretty good info and history on tax tokens... FAQ | American Tax Token Society

Thanks Jewlguy.... I found it last night in my mothers front yard about 5 inches into the soil. I wish I could see the reverse side but it appears to soil damaged.
