Hello, this medal i found this week reads: "Miners' Union Day, In Union There Is Strength, Butte Montana". Any info on this item would be awesome, thanks for looking!!!

Thanks for the link Mike! One thing i am wondering about...is at the top where the two holes are, could there have been another peice to it? I would really like to see a "whole" one. The place i found it was at its peak in the 1880s-1890s, and it IS near the bluebird mine mentioned in the link, i wonder if this really could have been dropped on the day they went to the bluebird mine to "recruit" members?

I would take it to the Mining Museum there in Butte,and I bet they will be able to tell you all you want to know!!
