cti4sw and I have been digging this site for some time now. Just when we think its done showing us goodies...it burps out some more.
Jon has the insulators and a few bottles posted. We were digging 2 days straight and found this pocket of whole and shards of approx
20 insulators. check his post. they're awesome.
Yesterday he pulled out the Moxie bottle from '30s -'40s. Today I found a Moxie Nerve Food- registered- at the base. Nice bubbles and stretch
lines showing in the neck. better pic to follow.
Also after a few mini cave ins I grabbed this flat metal item. Turns out to be a comb on one end and maybe a nail tool on the other. It is from the Hotel Souderton- Souderton PA. the building is still there and now houses a bar. My stepson found a Souderton Historical site which contained a
letter written by Jonathan Hunsberger- the original owner from 1858. The Hotel was licensed in 1860. There is no info as to when the hotel stopped
business.
