1873 Indian. My first ever Indian in the 1870s. Unknown civil war bullet. Buffalo nick. And done button or what?

After cleaning it a bit it does look to be a 3 ringer that was carved

Those 1870s pennies are a little harder to come by than most. That one is worth cleaning up a little if it is not too toasted.
