I discovered this small park /baseball field about 7 weeks ago and it is still producing the silver coins. I dug up another 137 coins with two of them being Mercs! 1917 & 1942 were the dates on the two dimes. Also dug out another 15 wheat pennies and a silver ring. Amazing place to hunt! I just have to work in slow! Most of the older coins are in that 5 to 6 inch range in depth.
Totals for this park over the last 7 weeks so far include 77 wheat pennies and 15 silver coins!
