Yesterday while here in MA I stopped at a jewelry and mineral and fossil store. I went in for the fossil and mineral part but I found coins in their back room. I completely ignored the minerals and fossils and went searching. I ended up buying 4 lbs of world coins, us coins, and tokens for $32. Here are the best ones that I found...
One of my favorite tokens that I found was one from the 1939 World's Fair in New York that commemorated the 150th anniversary of Washington's inauguration.
My favorite one of all was a Draped Bust 1 Cent that somehow got in the bag! You can't see the date but I still really like it because I never had one before!
- 1952A 5 Pfennig East Germany
- Bank of Upper Canada 1850 1/2 Penny Great Condition!
- Great Britain 1838 Farthing
- Prince Edward Island 1871 1 Cent
- Germany 1962D 1 Mark Almost Uncirculated!
- Portugal 1883 20 Reis Great Condition!
- Nova Scotia 1824 1 Penny (I had just bought an 1824 1/2 Penny so now I have a matching set!)
- Japan 1883 1 Sen
- Yugoslavia 1925 1 Dinar
