Thanks for all the comments on my SLQ find. I have been trying to get better pics to help resolve the 8/7 possability. Posting the best my camera seems to be capable of. Wish I had one of those Microscopes w/ camera like on the CSI shows. Sometimes when I look it seems like the 8 is a little odd but then next time it looks ok, my eyes can't tell. Any more feedback from you all will be appreciated. Thanks

I looked at my dug 1917 Quarter, then at a 1918 online....and I see what you are saying. Take it to a local coin shop. They should be able to help.

I blow it up an looked.. i don't think it is... but it's so hard to see cause being so worn.... take it to a coin dealer you trust... or post it on a coin collecting forum
