Had another real good day of hunting.Found a hand full of shot bullets,Bent brass spoon,iron spoon piece,a button back,lantern pieces,and to me the highlight of the hunt is the broken bayonet piece.I scraped on it with wire brush and it started to flake.I thought I better leave well enough alone.Cant beat the weather out there,hope it last till springthanks for looking.happy diggin.

I was tickled to find that one.They are out there,but just like everything else they seem harder and harder to find.I get lucky sometimes,but it doesn't seem to happen often enough. !I had a good hunt that time around.
